From January to February 2024, the national shipbuilding completion volume was 8.26 million deadweight tons, a year-on-year increase of 95.4%; the number of new orders received was 15.2 million deadweight tons, a year-on-year increase of 64.4%. As of the end of February, the number of orders on hand was 149.19 million deadweight tons, a year-on-year increase of 31.3%.
